Is vegetarianism a healthy diet? Vegetarianism diet has been very common recently, many people eat vegetarian food and restaurants  always have a vegetarian menú for the people that follow this diet, but is this a good idea? On the one hand, vegetarian diet is very healthy and good because if you eat vegetables and fruits you will be in a good shape. Futhermore, you can eat more quantity  of vegetables or fruits and you will not be fat. On the other hand, eating food from the animals like fishes is very important, our body needs proteins that fruits or vegetables do not have. Moreover, if you do sport and you need endurance doctors will recommend meal and fishes. To conclude, I think that vegeterianism is not a healthy diet because our body need another types of food and I believe if you want to be in a good shape, you have to eat all types of food.

OPINION ESSAY Should students be able to listen to music in the class? Nowadays, there are many ways to learn. Doing the class listening to music is common for some students but a lot of studies say that it is not a good idea because that can harm at the education. I agree with this last point of view. In my opinion, students should not be able to listen to music in the class because it can distract them and maybe they do not work how they should. Secondly, if they listen to music in class, the teachers will be like a broken record because they will have to repeat the lessons too many times and that can cause problems because students will focus on music. To conclude, I believe that in the class, students go to study and not to listen to music in class. Listen to music meanwhile they are in the class is a waste of time.

An informal email Hey Jack! How are you? Here, in Roses, the weather is too hot and it's very muggy, I don't like it! I've never been in Russia and I think that's it's a good idea that we meet in Xmas. I'll see the price og the flights to go to Moscow. Today, at 6 p.m I' will go to Russian classes and I'll learn a bit of Russian hahaha! When I come to Russia I'll have finished my exams and that's perfect, because now I'm very stressed...this week is the last week with exams and I'm feeling under the weather, and the next week I've seen in the news that in Roses it will come a heatwave, that's horrible! I hope I'll be in Russia the next week, with you. What about you? Do you think it's a good plan? Come rain or come shine I'll see you! Lots of love, Mar

THE BEST PLACE

      Always when I can't sleep, I think about lots of places that I'm really excited to go because I like them... I want to be in Bahamas...that's amazing and wonderful...I swim with sharks and other animals, I feel very peaceful, I love traveling because I forget all opf my problems and I have no concerns...I'm alone in the nature or on the beach, the city...I want to hear the birds and the sea and I look at the exotic animals. I want to run, swim, and I feel very free.
